VESTIAIRE COLLECTIVE BOOSTS TECH LEADERSHIP

Vestiaire Collective is strengthening its tech division with two strategic appointments, as its new chief executive officer, Bernard Osta, aims to accelerate innovation and move the luxury resale platform closer to profitability.

The company has promoted Thomas Hézard to chief product officer and appointed Rémi Bouchez as chief technology officer. These mark the first major hires since Osta took over in October 2025.

As part of this momentum, Vestiaire Collective is looking to refine the user experience and deepen the integration of artificial intelligence at the core of its global marketplace for pre-owned luxury fashion.

Hézard, who has been with the company since 2019, most recently served as chief strategy and people officer. His cross-functional background has seen him lead key initiatives spanning operations, business, and product.
