On Saturday evening, Times Square, the beating heart of New York, was transformed into a jewel box for Gucci Cruise Show, Demna’s first Cruise show for Gucci. Before an audience of celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan, and Mariah Carey, the House took over the iconic location, specially barricaded for the occasion, to unveil a daring collection. Moving between serene natural landscapes and humorous advertisements, the show explored Gucci’s future while reflecting on the beauty of the world and humanity, so often overlooked.
